Bachelor’s Programme Capstone Project (2016)

Objective: To design and manufacture a wheelchair with readily detachable drive handle

Description: Wheelchair with readily detachable drive handle is the drive handle that can be attached to any wheelchair with little modifications in mechanical linkages. In this project, I have lead the team and took responsibilities of designing, marketing and manufacturing.






Hybrid Go Kart challenge (2015)

Objective: To design and manufacture the hybrid vehicle
Description: Hybrid vehicle is an excellent example of new era hybrid vehicle. It is a type of hybrid vehicle which can power the motion in both mechanical and in electric mode. In this Project I have designed and manufactured the body works of the kart and I have given the business plan presentation.




E-BIKE Challenge (2015)

Objective: To design and manufacture the E-Bike
Description: E-Bike is a two-wheeler vehicle that runs on the battery and efficient one. In this project, I have assisted in designing the chassis and done analysis of the Chassis in ANSYS.

Here is an excerpt from NASA Ref Publication."Fastner Design Material"  "Tooth lockwashers are used with screws and nuts for some spring action but mostly for locking action. The teeth are formed in a twisted configuration with sharp edges. One edge bites into the boltbead (or nut) while the other edge bites into the mating surface.
